Our story

Two brothers, Timo and Ralf, read the back of the packet and realised sweets have been made the same way for decades: sugar first, glucose syrup second, artificial colours for show. So we made our own. Loophole gummies have about 80% less sugar than typical gummy sweets, no artificial colours, and the same proper chew. It's time for a change.

Our story

Two brothers.
One sweet truth.

We're Timo and Ralf. We grew up on the same bags of sweets as everyone else. Then one day we actually read the back of the packet.

What we found

Sweets haven't changed in decades. The ingredients lists just got longer.

Flip over most bags of gummies and sugar sits right at the top of the list, usually followed by glucose syrup, then a run of colourings and additives with names nobody can pronounce.

That's not an accident. It's cheap, it's easy, and the big sweet brands have been making them the same way for decades. Same recipes, same sugar, same shortcuts. And the rest of us just accepted it as the price of a treat.

~50%of a typical gummy sweet is sugar
30gis the NHS daily limit for free sugars for adults
70g+of sugar in one 160g sharing bag of regular gummies

Based on typical gummy sweets at around 46g of sugar per 100g.

"We didn't want to give up sweets. We wanted better ones. So we stopped waiting for someone else to make them."

So we made our own

Same sweets. Smarter recipe.

We kept everything that makes a gummy a gummy, and changed the rest.

01

We cut the sugar

Most of it swapped for erythritol and stevia. About 80% less sugar than typical gummy sweets.

02

We ditched the junk

No artificial colours. Every berry shade comes from fruit and veg, never a lab.

03

We kept the good bit

Gelatin for a proper chew, and fruity flavours that taste like the sweets you remember.

It's time for a change.

Sweets have been made the same way for decades. We think it's time they got better. This is our first step, and we'd love you to try it.
